Two days in a row now I have woken up feeling like total garbage.
I’m not sick – it’s not a cold or the flu (I hope). It’s more like my body is shouting what the fuck are you doing????? at me.
The last few days have been a total mess, as far as self care is concerned. My room has been messy, my roots are coming in, I haven’t been eating proper meals, and I can’t sleep at night. SO, today is a day for taking it easy; a hard reset on… me.

If you’re anything like me, relaxing and resetting involves drinking a lot of herbal tea, lounging around in your pjs, and making a big pot of soup to eat during the day. In my world it probably also involves some accounting homework, unfortunately.
